Proposals Development Manager

Description Position Summary This individual is responsible to lead the process of preparing and submitting successful proposals.  This includes initial review of the RFP /Bid, interfacing with inter-departmental personnel to assign responsibilities and ensure an effective, efficient, and accurate proposal generation process that meets demanding deadlines. Participate and lead strategy sessions on proposals to develop themes and strategic approaches to a winning proposal. Leverage Dynamics Opportunity Management workflows to manage and ensure integration of all proposal activities. Work with subject matter experts through interviews or extrapolation of product collateral to understand information necessary to draft accurate proposal content, and work with subject matter experts to ensure that proposals are properly scoped, and responses match requirements. Lead effort (working with Product Marketing) to enhance standard boiler-plate and proposal content libraries and templates.  Implement best practices for revision and access management for the libraries and templates.                      Requirements Education: Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, English or similar. Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience managing proposals development. Skills: Positive attitude, learning ability, and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
