We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RF Design Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF circuits and systems for our cutting-edge products.
You will work closely with our New Product Development (NPD) team to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional engineering solutions to our clients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
1.
Design, develop, and test RF circuits and systems for our products.
2.
Collaborate with the NPD team to develop new products that meet or exceed our clients' requirements.
3.
Design and optimize antenna structures to maximize performance and efficiency.
4.
Develop and implement testing procedures for RF circuits and systems.
5.
Use RF signal generators and other test equipment to evaluate the performance of RF circuits and systems.
6.
Design and analyze transmission lines for RF systems.
7.
Provide technical support to our manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
8.
Stay current with the latest developments in RF design and related technologies.
9.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on RF design issues.
10.
Document design work and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2.
At least 2 years of experience in RF design, including RF circuit design, antenna design, and transmission lines.
3.
Proficient with RF signal generators and other test equipment.
4.
Experience with New Product Development (NPD) is highly desirable.
5.
Strong understanding of RF principles and technologies.
6.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9.
Proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software for RF design.
10.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to RF design.
